Welcome. I’m Kathryn Tecler, the creative mind behind Carte Blanche Pastry. I am currently living in Paris, France while I complete my Patisserie Diploma with Internship Pathway at Le Cordon Bleu.
My Cooking Philosophy aims to create a culinary experience that blends the worlds of pastries and craft cocktails. It is centered on maintaining integrity and freshness while blending and pairing flavors in unexpected ways to showcase the marriage of artisan desserts and fine spirits.
In French, Carte Blanche means having “free reign” to do as one wishes. For me, Carte Blanche is a mantra that reminds me to think differently about the way desserts are shared and enjoyed.
